Big China company wants to build tractors for little guy, to make little guy a big guy and kick other US companies in the arse

Little guy needs mo money, mo money, mo money to get more inventory and salesforce to get products in the marketplace quicker.

Big China company says, hey, we buy into lil company, private placement (A/S increase) and we now have skin in the game to make sure lil company is successful

Lil company now has big cash for inventory and increased salesforce

Lil companies sales soar, stock price soars, big China company very happy, big US companies very unhappy...

And TYTN stock loves me long-time.....
