The week ended very well with all events continuing to move forward in positive motion, and SMKY maintained its level of support awaiting our big push in August. The IHub group is probably controlling at least 80% of what is seen as the available float of SMKY and I see the group’s actions as being very prudent.

I’ll briefly summarize the week’s action:

· The audit process continues in satisfactory progress and remains on schedule for making SEC filings mid-August. We also now have our third quarter 10Q to get filed by August 20 to remain current and that will be filed on time as well.

· The new branding image of the Smoky Market logo and redesign of the website are completed and we’re shooting new food shots for the website this week that will make customers want to take a fork to our salmon pictures. In the coming weeks, we’ll be shooting mouthwatering shots of our chicken, beef & pork items in preparation for when those items are added following our launch with the salmon.

SMKY’s website format will have a Smoky Market Foods, Inc. corporate site, which will feature company information and investor relations information including stock data. On the Home Page will be the two logos of Smoky Market and BarBQ Diner, and by clicking on either the visitor will go directly to that respective site. Customers wishing to view information about Smoky Market food or order product, will be able to go directly to the new Smoky Market site, as will visitors at Weight Watchers and other sites where they click on Smoky Market ads and are directed for the order. The SMKY corporate and Smoky Market websites will be opened during the week of August 15th.

· Friday closed with a great conference call with all the parties involved in the development of our Canadian operation. We are forming a processor affiliation with the Nations Band of native fisherman just as we have in Iowa for production of fish and other proteins, and our operation is planned for set up in Prince Rupert. The Nations Band presently ships fresh fish throughout Canada, the US and into Asia and Europe, and our affiliation will result in Smoky Market product being shipped into these same areas and more. Smoky Market of Canada, Inc. is being created this week and I’ll be visiting the Prince Rupert group and their facility later in August to get things moving. To launch Weight Watchers in Canada beginning in September, we’ll export from our Iowa plant to provide required inventory.

· With the opening of the Smoky Market website, we’ll commence a program of aggressive social network marketing using our shareholder and current customer database to begin generating on-line sales; if shareholders begin pitching the food via Facebook, Twitter and word of mouth, we’ll steadily grow revenue and attract large investors. Remember, to launch with Weight Watchers and other affiliates, SMKY must have a minimum of financing in place to cover the costs of ads and related media. The oven lease Units continue to sell and are covering all the costs to make events happen as scheduled; when the filings are done and the website opens, we’ll bring in the big money via the Preferred Stock offering to launch with our major affiliates.

After winding up sales of the Units and making initial contacts for Preferred Stock sales, I’ll be heading back to Iowa in about two weeks to begin building salmon inventory for the launch. I don’t believe SMKY will ever again be as cheap as it is now; it’s the time to accumulate…
