As always, thanks for the excellent update, Eddie - your post has been sticky noted on the board. Also, I assume you mean the second quarter 10Q, not the third quarter, and as integral mentioned, isn't 8/15 the deadline for the filing to be current?

fantastic work and I am so happy to see how this is unfolding.

as you know, I have had fleeting dreams of getting SMKY into our retail network here, but have yet to put the pedal to the metal.
