So the company took action on the 20th and took their sweet time taking it to the courthouse to file the bloody thing (the 25th) - Isn't it possible the company of idiot savants mailed the documents and someone at the Secy of State office only got around to recording them the morning of May 25? Not exactly a fast moving bunch of public servants in most record offices I have visited.
Somehow I doubt a company official took the docs to the courthouse to filed first thing Monday morning to be entered -- why would they rush? why would they care? they had it "all figured out" Friday the 20th.
Is there ANY other stock anywhere with a float of 250 trillion shares? lol
