Tex, that amendment, as reported by "Matt" who is
said to be an I-Hub administrator, could be true.

However, earlier Matt displayed a very childish
and unprofessional emotional outburst which served
to reduce his credibility to nothing.

Additionally, his report of the amendment displays
a file date of May 27 but an effective date of
May 20, which is very suspicious and most likely
will later be shown to be unlawful, if what he
reports is true.

Personally, I will wait until a verified copy of
that amendment is available.
