I did check the Google ranking the website got a 4 out of 10(which determines value, for buy outs, marketing, and traffic on the website) direct indication that this company is heading in the right direction . (Just a safe estimate i'm expecting much more)

Recent PR indicated their membership starts at $9.99 per/month, with the traffic I don't see any reason why they could not get a minimum of 100K members (100K members x $9.99= 1million/month x 12 = $12million projected revenues)

This is great since the profit margin should be more that 80%, in a Multi-Billion dollar market, I don't see any reason why they would not meet this projection.

On June 13, 2011, Pegasus Tel, Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware a Certificate of Designations, Powers, Preferences and Rights of the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock (the “Series B Certificate”). The Series B Certificate designates that seven million (7,000,000) shares of the Preferred Stock of the Company, $0.0001 par value per share, shall constitute a class of Preferred Stock designated as “Series B Convertible Preferred Stock” (the “Series B Stock”) with a face value of $0.0001 per share.

Each share of the Series B Stock shall be automatically converted into Common Stock, at any time when the Company has sufficient authorized (the key is here, the company only has 100Mill a/s, so they can't convert unless that is increased, if they want to increase you will see a filling with the SEC PRE 14C) but unissued shares of Common Stock, at a conversion rate of 1:1,711.156 (“Automatic Conversion”).

Candlestick

The last candlestick on the chart indicates a white spinning top after a downtrend. Candlesticks with a long upper shadow, long lower shadow and small real body are called spinning tops. One long shadow represents a reversal of sorts; spinning tops represent indecision. The small real body (whether hollow or filled) shows little movement from open to close, and the shadows indicate that both bulls and bears were active during the session. Even though the session opened and closed with little change, prices moved significantly higher and lower in the meantime. Neither buyers nor sellers could gain the upper hand and the result was a standoff. After a long advance or long white candlestick, a spinning top indicates weakness among the bulls and a potential change or interruption in trend. After a long decline or long black candlestick, a spinning top indicates weakness among the bears and a potential change or interruption in trend.

Bollinger Bands

Bollinger bands help you to evaluate a stock’s volatility over time. When plotting Bollinger bands on a chart will see one line above and one line below the price chart of the stock. When a stock is making major price movements or is very volatile its Bollinger bands will be farther away (expand) from the stock’s price chart. When a stock is moving steadily with minor price movements, the Bollinger bands will be closer to (contract upon) the stock’s price chart.

The Bollinger bands indicate a BB squeeze in the making..When the bands contract so much that they begin to appear to “squeeze” the stock’s price chart, is when the Bollinger squeeze occurs. This is usually a a pending breakout which could be bullish.

So we have the White spinning top candlestick seen after a long downtrend which indicates interruption and the makings of a new trend which is deemed bullish. And bullish relationship is seen when you incorporate the Bollinger Band squeeze in the making.



Relative Strength Index (RSI)

Indicates the RSI is not overbought nor oversold. The RSI has shifted it's pattern to the uptrend as it nears the 40 barrier. RSI is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements. RSI oscillates between zero and 100. RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30. Signals can also be generated by looking for divergences, failure swings and centerline crossovers. RSI can also be used to identify the general trend.

Moving Average Convergence-Divergence (MACD)

MACD turns two trend-following indicators, moving averages, into a momentum oscillator by subtracting the longer moving average from the shorter moving average. MACD is all about the convergence and divergence of the two moving averages. Convergence occurs when the moving averages move towards each other. Divergence occurs when the moving averages move away from each other. The shorter moving average (12-day) is faster and responsible for most MACD movement. The longer moving average (26-day) is slower and less reactive to price changes in the underlying security.

MACD fluctuates above and below the zero line as the moving averages converge, cross and diverge. Traders can look for signal line crossovers, center line crossovers and divergences to generate signals. And as we can see, the short term 12 has been dominant over it's longer term counterpart the 26 day which is deemed bullish do to the MACD uptrend as we see it head for a MACD center line crossover as well aka positive territory.

Accumulation Distribution Line

Accumulation Distribution Line is a volume-based indicator designed to measure the cumulative flow of money into and out of a security. The Accumulation Distribution Line is a running total of each period's Money Flow Volume.

A running total of the Money Flow Volume forms the Accumulation Distribution Line. And as we can see, the Accum/Dist shows bullish indication as it starts a new uptrend. It also show's bullish relationships to the Candlesticks, the Bollinger Bands along with the the RSI trending north and with the MACD seeing the positive MACD over it's negative counter part heading for positive territory aka a bullish center line crossover.
