Why don't you include the preferred in the share count that add 12 billion shares to the outstanding? That is the single most important thing about the share structure that people should know. Even if folks opt to convert on their own it bumps the stock to 100 million minimum. Very deceptive to leave out the most important thing. Anyone who holds this stock for any decent time will be wiped out by the conversion.
