When this goes back to .0065 let him reverse split it. Any split before that would be a disaster for current shareholders and would crystallize the disastrous losses imposed on shareholders pre suspension.
If the company is as valuable as some here state then a 26Million Mkt Cap(4 billion O/S x .0065) should be achievable and would at least allow the shareholders to get out break-even after this 2 year saga.
Nick should be concentrating on returning shareholder value only then once a reliable consistent pps reached then do a RS, again only after a substantial share buyback and previous PPS levels reached.
Anything less than that would be a complete sell out of his shareholders for his own personal reputation.
If you favorite stock is trading at .0001, or under SEC investigation, it is way past the point of being called a
*legit* investment.
