red = price dropped since May 3, 2011 or has stayed stuck at $.0001 black = price stayed the same since May 3, 2011 green= price went up since May 3, 2011
So 14 of those companies have seen their share prices go down since I last looked at them on May 3, 2011 (or have stayed stuck at $.0001/share) and the other 2 have stayed the same.
None have gone up in price.
6 gave them have bottomed out at $.0001/share.
-------------
Just a review of past research:
What are some of the similarities between this Davies connected companies?
1) Based in New York or Florida (11 out of 16)
2) Recent CEO changes
3) Around 2 billion shares owned or more by the CEO (12 out of 16)
4) Gerrard Hollister (5 out of 16)
5) Trading in the triple zeros (13 out of 16)
6) Notable price drop after last CEO change (14 out of 16)
---------------------
Christopher Davies does have other companies he works for that do not trade in the triple zeroes and do not have A/S counts in the many billions (at least not yet). Those other companies include:
CPWY, SHAR, GENG (The Nuemark Group, LLC), and HBWO
GENG was revoked by the SEC on 5/6/2011
CPWY recently announced a proposed merger with a Christopher Davies company Atlas Capital Holdings
CPWY March 24, 2011 - $.13/share May 3, 2011 - $.09/share June 2, 2011 - $.051/share
SHAR March 24, 2011 - $.015/share May 3, 2011 - $.015/share June 2, 2011 - $.035/share
HBWO March 24, 2011 - $3.10/share (company did a 1:2500 reverse split on January 19, 2011) May 3, 2011 - $1.50/share June 2, 2011 - $1.50/share
That's a pretty ugly record overall for those 19 companies
1 got revoked, 15 have gone down in price (or have stayed stuck at $.0001/share), and only 1 has seen its trading price go up in value.
