I just noticed that EMLL did some recent filings with the OTC including an initial company disclosure report and an attorney letter with respect to current information.
The attorney letter was written by a familiar person - Christopher Davies.
I decided to see if EMLL has any similarities to the numerous other companies that Christopher Davies works for that I highlighted in this past post from March 24, 2011:
Khoo Hsiang Hua become the CEO of EMLL on March 10, 2010
At the time that Hua took over the Authorized share count was 110,000,000 of which the former CEO owned 70,000,000 shares.
After Hua took over many of the same patterns began to happen.
The company moved from North Carolina to a virtual office in New York
Hau raised the authorized share count first to 200,000,000 on 7/08/10 then to 5,000,000,0000 on 7/27/10
Hau issued himself 2,000,000,000 shares. No disclosure is given as to when he issued himself the shares or what justification was given for the huge issuance of shares to himself.
Judging by the change in outstanding share count it happened some time in between July 27, 2010 (when the A/S was raised to a high enough level to accommodate the issuance of 2,000,000,000 shares) and September 30, 2010 when the company reported an O/S of 2,892,110,000 shares 2,000,000,000 where restricted.
Between September 30, 2010 and December 31, 2010 another 800,000,000 restricted shares were issued (again no explanation of who they went to or why)
Since December 30, 2010 the outstanding share count has continued to increase from 3,692,110,000 to its current total of 4,552,110,000 (per the opinion letter).
So what are some of the similarities we have to the other Davies connected companies?
1) Based in New York or Florida (10 out of 14)
2) Recent CEO changes
3) Around 2 billion shares owned or more by the CEO (11 out of 14)
4) Gerrard Hollister (5 out of 14)
5) Trading in the triple zeros (12 out of 14)
6) Notable price drop off after last CEO change (12 out of 14)
