Would have been better off financially if the company told the truth about terminating their business operations. Didn't let anyone know that and the fact that management left town until several months later. In the meantime, I was buying the stock to avg. down.

Robert Stanley Lott, Palo Alto, CA and Marshall Dewey Bain, GA are scumbags and should not be trusted based on their actions in this company.

Moral of the story, read SEC filings closely. 10-K said business depended on Hans Park, DNC Tech., and he left for some unknown reason prolly before the 10-K was filed.

Now I gotta make some profits to offset these losses. GL.
