also on 3/2/2011 .. stock was given to top level mgmt/directors
they are now approx 3 bucks under water .. shares start to vest
in just over 2 weeks <strike price = $8.71> they have a really really
*sweet* vesting schedule .. done quarterly vs. annually

today the form D <shares for acq> was filed ah's <3/15/2011>

the next round of short info comes out ah's on 3/24/2011

that will cover a settlement date that ended today <3/15/2011>
so T+3 would cover trades thru 3/10/2011 for the next round
of reported short data

i'm very interested in seeing what that short data shows
based on all that has transpired since the 2nd of march
