1) Joseph Torkan, Voxcorps new CEO, holds the intellectual property of Vox2Data (a electronic medical recording device) decertifies the company in the state of Utah on 9/24/04

2) 6 days later, Joseph Torkan takes the Vox2Data product with him, renames a new company called Vox2Data after its flagship product, and incorporates the new company in the state of Florida

In conclusion, it appears the R/M facilitator Joe Arcarno has placed the old principals back into VOXR. The obvious assumption is that they are once again going to try and market and sell their prodcut, Vox2Data. Vox2Data assists doctors and their electronic medical recording. As we know EMR was minimal in 2004 and 2007, but is major in 2011 and is mandated to be in 100% of doctors offices soon by the Obama administration. Therefore, the market has grown, significantly.
