VOXR-New President, Secretary, & Registered Agent

1) VOXR became a shell in 2004
2) Joseph Arcaro, a R/M facilitator took it over in September of 2010
3) On February 2, 2011 the old registered agent resigned and the very next day a new one was put in place. Also a new President and Secretary took over
4) On February 3, 2011 a new President, Joesph Torkan and new Treasurer Vin Kamdan were put in place
5) The new President and Secretary are the old directors who left in 2004, looks like they are going to try some new business or revamp the old one which consists of Vox2Data, which is in the electronic medical record biz. That biz was tiny in 2004, its huge and getting bigger in 2011 so no surprises here that they may try to get it going again IMO.

7) At this point we are awaiting SEC filings. Joseph Arcaro is still involved until he files an 8k stating he is not. Therefore, he is still facilitating. His last facilitation was with VGCP last summer, he put Arizona Gold and Oynx Gold into the VGCP shell, VGCP now has a market cap of $22M
