Absolutely no relation whatsoever. I am just a shareholder and happen to live 1 1/2 hours from Pensacola and was therefore able to attend. In addition to Jack C., Carl U., an independent moderator and an accounting person counting votes, I believe there were 6. A statement from Eric Cavannaugh was read saying he regretted not being able to be there due to a health issue. LaserGuy had said he would be there and had planned to have a pre-meeting, but did not come.

As for the RS, since 12:1 was better than 15:1 and it seemed to be the only chance, it was agreed to. One person just wanted to be sure it would still give the company the leeway it would need. Jack said it would. So, it was agreed.
