So it seems like they have some kind of mining property that they claim contains $128 billion in minerals. Problem is that in ground minerals don't count as assets when it comes to SEC financials.

Assuming they really do have mineral rights to some underground minerals they are probably over valued. They have no reports available to prove their worth.

They must issue "rights" to a fraction of these assets to various companies in exchange for shares. Then NVC Fund sells the shares. The company illegally claims those assets, but the assets never amount to any real value for the company.
