Thank you for your interest in Organic Plant Health. I understand your concerns about the reverse stock split mentioned in our recent disclosure. Although the directors have approved a reverse split of 1 for 50, I can’t tell you the exact ratio of the planned split at this time. That will be addressed in another press release as soon as our plans regarding this are finalized. It’s important that you and the other shareholders understand that the reverse split is necessary to allow for a more appropriate share structure with which to finance our growth. Billy and I have no other motive here but to finance the smart growth of our company.
As you may imagine, I have received a lot of communication about the split, the exact ratio and other funding options, and they all have been carefully reviewed and considered. What I would like you and the other AMSZ (new symbol coming soon) shareholders to focus on is that OPH is a real company with real products that achieve the desired results. We have plans for smart growth and expansion; high points of some of these have already been released. Billy, I and all of the OPH employees are very focused on growing this business to the benefit of everyone involved, including our shareholders.
It’s also important to Billy and me that we communicate regularly with our loyal shareholders to keep them abreast of our plans and progress. Your continued patience and support are greatly appreciated as we continue to make our way through this transition.
