Mr. Talbert...As a Shareholder of AMSZ for 1yr...I'm wondering if the 15,940,000 Preferred shares Brian Sperber turned over to OPH...and I'm assuming have been re-issued to OPH Officials and affiliates...do those shares carry a 1yr restrictive legend from time of re-issue?...Thxs ~ XXXXXX XXXXXXXX


Hi Mr. XXXXXXXX,

I'm happy to answer your question to the best of my ability. My understanding is that the restriction period begins anew at 1 year, reducing to 6 months after SEC regulation statement and comments are addressed. I'll check with my people tomorrow and confirm.
