Unfortunately there is not a whole lot to tell you. We did start our audit this week and then we will file our registration papers as soon as that’s complete. We couldn’t do anything until the audit began, and finally our turn came up and taking the holidays into account we are looking at completion some time in early January.
Enjoy your holidays, and hopefully 2011 will be a better year for all of us.

Not quite what we'd all (ideally) like to hear but here you have it....that's where we're at for the time-being. It appears as though he had to get-in-line to have his audit performed, at a decent price. At least we know it hasn't fallen-off-the-truck...he's still working on it. Given this & in realistic terms, I suspect it would be proper to re-set that anticipated 60 to 90 day timeline to start 'this week'. It is what it is...thx to FINRA.
