Hello again Alex;
The natives are getting restless over on the DMXC iHub investors forum.
We're all breathing heavy trying to get a fix on where things stand with DMXC.
We would be most appreciative if you were to provide some sort of update.
We know you're watching your PR expenses...& that's fine so, I'd be glad to
pass along any word that you'd care to provide to the others or ,
a current status update on your website works for us just as well.

David,
Unfortunately there is not a whole lot to tell you. We did start our audit this week and then we will file our registration papers as soon as that’s complete. We couldn’t do anything until the audit began, and finally our turn came up and taking the holidays into account we are looking at completion some time in early January.

Enjoy your holidays, and hopefully 2011 will be a better year for all of us.
