Besides transcripts from many many calls when Owen Hawkins thanked you for your part in Worldstar Corp and the press releases that clearly state your involvement, I have documentation on file with the State of Kansas that very clearly shows that you are an officer for Worldstar Corp

And you not only forwarded Martin Roper's solicitation email back in Sept of 2008 (which by itself is not legal), but you added lots of your own personal touches to it encouraging people to pay money to Martin Roper to purchase shares.

I have copies of all those emails.

Even if you did not directly collect money you did participate in recruiting investors for the company.

On the October 14, 2010 conference call Dr. Ugie Kirkpatrick said in her very own words that you recruited her into Petro America Corp in September of 2008. Are you saying she is a liar?


I don't blame you for trying to disconnect yourself from Petro America Corp, but you are a little late for that. The best thing you can do now is talk to the authorities and tell them as much of the truth about Petro America Corp and it's leaders as you can. That people can respect you for.
