LCAR.. $0.0238.. I buy again.. This is my 5'th buy of 48888,,

giving me a total of 244,440 shares at an Ave. of $0.0265.. Interesting small company that is involved in wound dressing and is fully reporting... Recent acceptance of products have been dampened by the lack of manufacturing facilities and LCAR has the following in it's latest filing giving explanation.."The Company is evaluating alternative packaging facilities and believes that inventory on-hand is sufficient to meet demand until the packaging process can be transferred to a new facility. The transfer of our packaging process to a new facility will require a notice of significant change to be submitted to, and approved by, the European regulated body in accordance with the reporting requirements of the Company’s CE Mark. Based on recent experience, the Company believes that the non-recurring costs associated with this transfer of our packaging process are minimal.
