ISTA - Kei - I took a quick look and ISTA looks like a good investment as well as a decent trade on a binary event.

They recently posted a profitable quarter, they have four marketed products as well as a deep pipeline and recently secured an SPA for their Phase 3 trial of REMURA in dry eye disease.
