UWRL ON HIGH ALERT!

UWRL broke through the 50MA this morning and is about to test the 200MA...if it breaks this it will be testing the 002-003 range once again...break this and not much resistance till the 52 week high at 0085...

Get your shares folks...UWRL could be setting up for a run into penny land...lots going on here...do your DD...
