After a nice push towards the 200MA UWRL has fallen back and is holding rather nicely around the 50MA at .001...looking for a breakout of the 200MA at .0018...if this breaks it's off to test .002-.003...CE removal and merger news could send this stock up to test previous highs at .0085...

Lots of eyes on this...
