What's with the sudden surge in PPS and Interest with GVDI?

New website was posted on Wednesday 9/9 and stated the following... please note the site now has restricted access and cannot be accessed until Monday, September 13.
Welcome to the new site for Golden Valley Development. We are very excited to start this new chapter of our company. We have undergone numerous changes in the last 2 years and are pleased to announce we are in the process of merging with a Real Estate Development company. The new company will continue to operate as Golden Valley Development. With over 20 million dollars invested into development projects, the new Golden Valley Development is a front runner in the Real Estate Development sector. What is GVDI's Share Structure?
Confirmed by the TA, Signature Stock Transfer:
The total shares outstanding for this company as of 08-16-2010 is 72,400,000 shares outstanding with 34,345,669 shares free trading and 38,054,331 shares restricted with 75,000,000 shares authorized.
So who is reverse merging into the shell?
The CEO of GVDI is married to Annette Davis, the owner of Adavco Inc, a California Real Estate Development Corporation since 1982. Mrs. Davis is also the Majority shareholder of record - she owns the 38,054,331 restricted shares. It is assumed that Adavco Inc. will be RMing into the GVDI shell, but not yet confirmed by a Press Release. Realize that it may not be Adavco Inc., it may be a larger Development Company.

Please remember that these 2,298 lots owned by Adavco are from ONE SOURCE, the City of Bakersfield. The company may have additional holdings in that area as well, including Real Estate that has already been developed, both residential and commercial

I am not so naive to believe to believe that a few of these holders took profits on Thursday and Friday and the share count has changed a bit. However, there are some very, very savvy investors who likely sold some at peaks at added on the dips.
You will also see many, many names posting on our board that are not on our most recent list as they have not provided their counts. If the strong holders are like me, they have held and added shares knowing that this company will be worth exponentially more than .02 when a PR is released stating the new company's assets of $20,000,000 plus.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Please review this post carefully, the share structure, the website developments, the land owned by the wife of the CEO and her company Adavco Inc. Remember that Adavco may not be the company RMing into this shell, but there is a very strong possibility, it just makes sense.
