Lawsuit was NOT frivilous. If it were,LBSR would not have settled. The judge surely would have tossed it out,if LBSR TRULY believed it to be baseless.

LBSR made a wise choice, in the interest of it's SHAREHOLDERS IMHO. WHY RUN THE POSSIBILITY OF LOSING 40-50%?

OMG..get over it already. Water under the bridge..this stock drifts lower on the reality of huge dilution for now.

who cares?...just pick up cheapies,support the ask,no brainer here IMO.

Smart management decision IMO.

All just my useless 0.02.
