Gold_Dust, here with EMLL...

I have been here in EMLL for a while now, but I must admit that the #1 reason why I bought EMLL was because of its gold potential as you have mentioned a few times in some of your posts as indicated below:

...The Gold Mining is with an active partner already mining worth as much as our share of 260,000 potential oz.s at a 5-700 dollars profit per oz.(Cash flow) ...

That’s… 260,000 x $500/profit per oz. = $130,000,000 in Profit

Even if you presume a 3 billion OS, you can still derive below for an Earnings Per Share (EPS):

$130,000,000 ÷ 3,000,000,000 = EPS
.043 = EPS

Now give it a conservative P/E Ratio of 12 and for a ”potential” fundamental share price to consider for EMLL, you have below…

12 x .043 = .516 per share

Hmmmmm…..??? That makes all of the dilution back when the share price was at .26 per share about a month ago more logical to justify how the company had to dilute to greater position themselves for growth. And this does not include any valuation to be added in from their other ventures.

The beauty about the gold they are going after is that it is alluvial. That means that it is already ready to be mined. No major drilling operations are required as it is already easily to be extracted from the sand/dirt. I’m not really a mining guy, but that’s the short version of what it means to me. This is why it will be much cheaper to obtain gold and lots of it based on the location of their properties.

Here are some key quotes as I was researching the Ghana, West Africa areas for potential for retrieving gold:

…So – West Africa. Can it compete with Nevada or Quebec or Mexico in terms of friendly and profitable gold mining? I cannot answer the question for the entire region of the continent, but having been to Ghana before, I can say this: Ghana is a slam-dunk. …
… “It is hard to find a small patch of the world (Ghana is the size of Oregon) that has so many super-extended and producing gold belts,” the 43-year old Owen Wilson look-alike says. “I can’t count how many geologists believe we’ll see continuous mineral structures of five million and 10 million-ounces enter the Ghana books in the next few years.” …
… Even huffy BHP Billiton (NYSE: BHP, Stock Forum), the world’s largest overall miner, says West Africa (Ghana, Eritrea, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast and so on) might be an exemption from a five-year cooling off period for Africa investments. …

To add… I further researched some major companies that are already pulling gold out from the same areas to see that EMLL is in good company…

Because of the above, every other venture they are in is secondary to me unless otherwise specified. At the very least, from the way I see it, no matter what other stocks any of us are in, EMLL is worth at least throwing a little lunch money in it if for nothing more than ”just-in-case” reasoning.

I will quietly continue to sit here and wait to what will finally materialize here with EMLL. I understand fully my risks here which could result in a good or bad outcome.
