Stamps are a hard asset worth 4.5 million, appreciating 10-12 percent per year.(financial leverage)
The Gold Mining is with an active partner already mining worth as much as our share of 260,000 potential oz.s at a 5-700 dollars profit per oz.(Cash flow)
The Oil Terminal is worth over 2 million asset wise with future revenue potential. (cash flow)
These were not acquired to put money in a bank account. The stamps can be used as collateral for loans, the Oil land and equipt. same there plus cash flow to keep itself going. The Gold Mining more cash flow.
Share holders of EMLL benefit in share value by growth and cash flow. If a company is not growing, neither is our share value and without cash flow bills don't get paid. Now even with 5 billion shares worth a par value of .001 that is only 5 million dollars value for EMLL stock and we aren't even trading at that right now. So the dillution, even if all the 3 billion khoo doesn't own was in the float would be worth 3 million par value and trading half that at 1.5 million current value. Anyone really think after all the money spent here by the company they are going to try to scam 3 million? Why? So they can lose money? The dillution talk is BS, shells are restricted!
Thanks Vlf, I try to do my part to keep the BS and drama down here but as you see it is a daily thing. My last post today guys, free member. Good luck to everyone and HOLD ON, good things are indicated here if you just look at the numbers we should be trading around .003 or better soon!
