Claw, it was me who approached Susman and asked him if he thought there was any money for equity. In the context of our very brief conversation, I felt then as I do now, that he was less predicting a certain outcome, and more giving me reassurance that he and the EC were not chasing rabbits. I believe that all of us that have been in the courtroom, as Leb said, have approached numerous attorneys, and with only one exception, we have gotten some form of answer other than "no comment".
