Isn't that a COI?

On the hochberg declaration, filled 7-30-10, i belive its exhibit 2 page 56 of that document. IIRC.

He verbalizes 17 shares of Wells Fargo, but not issue? ?

I haven't seen t his issue brought up yet,
Thoughts? Worries? Non-issue?
