i see hunter dickinson using the purchase of LBSR's BCSP as a way to increase the value of NAK, then the plan would be to sell that new and improved NAK to anglo american, etc.

by the way, if anyone thinks LBSR has to be in the process of mining its claims to reward shareholders, the above scenario would blow that notion to smithereens.

imo it's actually to HD's advantage to make an early offer to briscoe and buyout LBSR before they drill too many core samples and start proving out the value of deposits in the BCSP. the more HD/NAK move forward and verify what's in the ground, the greater the risk they'll have to pay a lot more $$ to briscoe. there's also the risk some other big fish will make its own independent offer to LBSR and NAK/HD will lose their shot at BCSP. think bidding war.

in terms of land mass, it appears to me LBSR owns about 75% of the caldera compared to NAK's 25%... they have ample incentive to take us out to own the whole enchilada -- and soon. jmho.
