Why would it matter if I was a shareholder or not? Wasting your time? You are IR for the company. The shareholders are screwed. The info I requested cant be "private confidential info". How could it be private when it came from BP? Shareholders have a right to that info. You PRed a request came from BP through Ancon (with your name on the PR). Post that request. Shareholders have invested in ACLH because of that PR Kidder has a fiduciary responsibility to provide all info that affects this company.

The industry name of our oil sludge fluidizer “Free Oil” is the name. We also have other applications, products similar for different purposes. You are requesting to see information that is not yet available to the public. You are asking for private confidential information that I don’t even have access to at this time. All shareholders understand that not all of you’re questions can be answered with a yes of no. For that reason, people call in when they have questions in regards to the company they own stock in. Are you a shareholder? According to you’re recent statements you don’t own a single share, is this true? If true then what agenda do you have? Is there a reason why I should spend anytime with you? Are you even a customer?

Since I asked for the name of the fluidizer and you refuse to supply that name it just adds more proof that there isnt one. Why do I have to call? Just type the name and send it to me. Why cant you publish the actual hard copy of the "request from BP for tests of your fluidizer"? Why cant you post the results of said tests that were performed for BP? Your shareholders deserve that much.
