#20041 RE: Tavycal #20034

i think what he is saying is that some of what you are asking for has not been released to the public so releasing it to you wouldn't be legitimate (inside information, right) and perhaps BP has required that they not release any documents sent out because BP is very concerned about legal issues and the last thing they need is all sorts of documents floating around that they haven't intentionally published to the whole world endig up published and coming back to bite them. think about it: BP is trying to find a solution (a cure for their issue) and they are working with all sorts of people from farmers to actors to chemists. they are sending out docs back and forth asking for info and tests, they don't want to spend time having legal council reviewing every transmission, so they put at the bottom of everything that it is confidential and releasing it to the public is grounds for BP not to do business with the companys that don't respect their privacy... so the result in this case is (maybe) ACT is trying to do business w/ BP, they call or email or whatever and let BP know they have a product that may help them. BP responds by saying: here is our testing process: send us your samples, perform the following tests, send us the reuslts and we will consider your product. please do not publish this message or anything from us or we will not do any business with you. thank you for working with us. end result: we see a PR that says BP is testing the fluidizer but no copy of the documents from BP. I see documents all the time that say not to publish them because they are considered private and publishing them is not allowed (like the emails from Ares you keep posting). I know if I was trying to do business with someone and they asked me to keep their emails private, I wouldn't email them to someone who was surely going to publish them on a message board especially if they weren't even a shareholder and my job was managing relationships with actual shareholders... just saying.
