Although temporary and restricted, it does count against the market cap

Some preferred (by date only) would be opened to the market IF issued. Nope, none have, nor does katx anticipate any

Some have made issue of this, and made claims of possibilities and reasons, comparing katx to standard pink dilution tactics

Nothing could be further fron the truth..

So when you hear of Katx Share Structure, this is what has been blown out of proportion but still does effect the market cap. No pain no gain.

The T/A will be contacted to see what the problem (if any) is on quoting restricted shares.

Its Advantages (low cash out put etc)
And the Credibility it gives the company (pink and Vale)
nor the doors it opens and relationship it starts
