It has been rumored that katx is converting preferred since the end of may and after a volital day a little reassurance doesn't hurt on company shares.

Like so often it is a lie and nowhere near the truth.
No Preferred stock has ever been converted and hopefully never will.
All stock held by directors are Restricted and have never had any trading and will not for a long time.
