Just got off the phone with SIAF's legal counsel and there will be no settlement. SIAF is going to be filing a defamation suit against me and honestly, I expected no less. There's no doubt that the company doesn't want to admit to having defrauded shareholders, therefore they'll attempt to make me look like the bad guy here and again, I expected no less coming from people of this nature. I think SIAF obviously realizes that if they were to pay me for losses suffered due to fraud, that would open up the company to more claims from other individuals.

SIAF's lawyers today took a much different approach on the phone as opposed to yesterday and since they have to respect the wishes of their client, it's not surprising whatsoever.

In regards to the class-action lawsuit against the company and other related parties for fraud, it will be filed shortly and all shareholders will see the PR announcing the lawsuit and thus will be able to then contact the law firm if they have suffered financial losses.

In the meantime, I would suspect that SIAF will put out a PR about the defamation suit against me and most likely do their best to explain their fraudulent actions as simply "confusion" as they would want you to believe.

This is one battle I am more than prepared for, as I will not allow a bunch of crooks to steal money from me and then try to sweep their fraudulent actions under the rug by coming after me.

As I just told SIAF's legal counsel, "Let's get it on !!"
