I am new to the scene here so I don't really know all the background info, but honestly what is the point? Seems to me that Madsen has confirmed that the audit is indeed in progress as SIAF has been saying all along. It is delayed of course, but delay and fraud are two different things. I have learned from my personal China experience that timelines/deadlines and China don't mix. This lawsuit seems more like a personal vendetta to me. IMO the facts seem to line up with SIAF as far as the claims of fraud go. Seems to me that patience would be a more likely road if you want to recover your losses.

Are you partner in a legal firm, or a solo attorney? I really dont understand the legal world at all (but i apprecieate your enthusiasm - 'lets get it on!') so gotta ask some 101 questions here:

1. is SIAF suing YOU, or your firm?
2. who are you representing? who are the plaintiffs?
2a. if you are representing someone, are you billing them?
3. how soon will the details (ie public dox) be available?
4. how much do you plan on spending/winning?

After reading some of your past posts their defamation suit against you might be just as strong as yours against them. Attorney's only will make out if you go through with this one.
