UH OH!!! The Index No. is 601047/10, right?

For starters, the Index Number on the lawsuit is in incorrect format:

If you are searching by Index Number, please make sure that you are entering the
Index Number in the correct format, which is NNNNNN/YYYY or NNNNNN-YYYY where
NNNNNN is a 6 digit number and YYYY is the 4 digit year of original filing.

You may omit any leading zeroes

If you are searching by name (Party, Attorney/Firm or Justice) please check that
you are using the correct spelling. Individual courts may use different formatting
conventions for names.

Note that only those cases for which a Request for Judicial Intervention (RJI)
has been filed will be displayed.

Looks like somebody was ignorant of how Index Numbers should be applied on legitimate court forms...
