You know. The more I think about it, the more I wonder if this "lawsuit" is genuine or not. Moskowitz has been known to forge a signature or two in his lifetime, right? lol.

And the suit itself looks like it was written by an unnamed message board poster who hangs out at Yahoo now that he was booted off IHUB. It simply does not even begin to approach a decent example of well crafted legal work.

Maybe we have another case of forgery here. This would certainly be giving that lawyer who supposedly signed the suit the benefit of the doubt. I can't believe any self respecting attorney would intentionally put his name on that document.
