Regarding the eMail from GC, if you will read it carefully, I think you will see that he is using a little LesSpeak.

Notice that he does NOT say that he will accurately report on REAL TIME developments.

What he said was the he will "continue to accurately report real time developments, AS REPORTED BY MANAGEMENT." If I understand him correctly, he will give us real time reports IF JJ GIVE HIM PERMISSION TO DO SO.

So...it appears that even GC is capable of playing word games with us. Surprise, surprise, surprise.

Not sure I take comfort in that email or statement. As a BOD, he is required by law to do that so what has he told us, other than he will act in the best interests of the Company to secure a JVA which he is already legally obligated to do and been trying to do for half a decade.

Superfulous gahbage is all that email is. Thanks for sharing. It is just one more piece to this puzzle.
