It is my opinion (and its pretty lonely here) that David Bovell's sole spoken price tag will be close for the monetizing of "Certain Nigerian investors, Feltang included" shares.

My guess is that Sinopec...nor Total...care what ERHC shareholders want. They are more concerned about thier own best interests. This doesn't mean that a buyin/buyout would not happen...but it won't be on the basis of what SEO or other ERHC shareholders want IMHO.

There is one little problem with the idea that Peter is confirming going to phase II with the above statement. The problem is the words "we're waiting for the results". How could anyone confirm going to phase II prior to knowing results? I have to think that he means 'I hope we will be going to phase II'.

While I have a sneaking suspicion that this will go to phase II in at least one block, I still see no overwhelming confirmation or evidence of that.
