imo, spng is still negotiating with the sec...the management is still trying to extricate themselves from as much liability as they can...and since the sec is weak and pretty much filled with imbeciles, they should do ok...i hear spng hired good lawyers..

so yes, filing right now wouldnt make sense...but when the negotiations are done, fines will have to be paid, stipulations adhered too, sanctions imposed etc.....

and then filings will occur...revocation will not happen...and with what we know about all the different products being sold, produced, in the pipeline, and where they are being sold, walmart, cvs etc, you can forget about the shareholder lawsuits...they will simply disappear...

as for the msg lawsuit and the rest...i just laugh...you would think the suit would be a slam dunk for msg..but spng is running them around in circles...in the end ill bet msg pays spng to just please leave them alone..lol

so the 4 thousand posts stating that spng will be revoked because they will never file because it would be incriminating were all a waste...

and the 5 thousand posts about how its the sec and lawsuit issues that matter not spng business are utter nonsense...if the business was doing nothing, the sec wouldnt matter to me at all...what would i care if they shot something that was already dead, lmao..

but business seems to be rolling right along...no, we dont have numbers but we do know that products are being developed and sold in some VERY big stores..no matter who tries to tell you that that is a bad thing for business, its not..its actally a good thing..lol.
