as for the msg lawsuit and the rest...i just laugh...you would think the suit would be a slam dunk for msg..but spng is running them around in circles...in the end ill bet msg pays spng to just please leave them alone..lol

I rather doubt that. MSG will win the suit easily. As will the Giants and the Mets.

imo, spng is still negotiating with the sec...the management is still trying to extricate themselves from as much liability as they can...and since the sec is weak and pretty much filled with imbeciles, they should do ok...i hear spng hired good lawyers..

Can I quote you on that? I plan on phoning SEC lawyers on Monday to make sure they are up to date on all of the SPNG lies and to let them know that if they do not move quickly, lawsuits will take all of the money out of this scam before it is able to pay any SEC fines and penalites.

so the 4 thousand posts stating that spng will be revoked because they will never file because it would be incriminating were all a waste...

If they do not file their very past due financials, SPNG will get revoked. So far, SPNG is more than 6 months late on their filings after promising investors the filings would be on time. .

that is why i don't set time lines .. or worry about where the pps
goes .. i watch the volume and percentages done on SPNG over X
no. of months .. the co. continues to exhibit at trade shows and
put out new product via existing and new distributors .. to say
nothing of having partnerships with entities most know better
than to scoff at

none of us control anything here .. all we can do is interpret
the data filed by the co. and the sec and base our decisions on them

many on this board are claiming .. there is no settlement talks going on with the SEC because if the SEC has not filed on spng by now they never will
