Incan Update 12 - Answers from Management!
I have corresponded with Jeff, our IRP, several times this week in an attempt to debunc some misconceptions, get answers, and gain insight into the state of the company. Jeff has been extremely helpful and understands shareholders want more transparency from the company and graciously offered to forward my questions and concerns to management. While there are limits to what Inca and Jeff can disclose outside a formal press release, I did manage to confirm a few key items.
I want to thank Evan and Stacy for keeping the lines of communication open to those of us who respect and admire what they are accomplishing on behalf of there shareholders. While the responses below may not address every concern, they are welcome nonetheless.
1. Will Inca attend Swim Show 2010?
Yes, we will and there will be other shows (I'm hoping to attend with my wife)
2. Has the company landed more wholesale deals beyond the 15 wholesale already announced in the last press release?
Yes.
3. Has an auditor been engaged, if not, what is the timeframe for a decision?
Yes, they have and an 8k will formally announce the engagement.
4. Is Inca currently working on new lines for 2011?
Yes.
5. Can we expect the NSOS issue to be resolved in March?
Yes.
6. Is the company releasing names of existing wholesalers?
Yes.
7. Incagirl is already available to retail according to Evan, when will it be sold online?
We are setting up the photo's for the website.
