You are correct about some of the failed businesses and if you really wanted to be fair, in addition to the Real Estate venture you would include those businesses in the financial sector (Broker/Dealer, Alternative Trading System) that were doomed for failure in this economy.
The other businesses you categorize as failed businesses, I would say as works in progress, including: Greektrader.com, energy drink,
Herbal pills, and The Adult Spot show.
As far as all the lawsuits are concerned, all that information is included in their SEC filings.
