I haven't posted in so long that I forgot the password to my muckracker account.

Don't believe the latest spin since Milton Todd Ault III has a very shady history with a lot of people owed money and several lawsuits from both former partners and clients.

Let’s get down the facts and history of the company starting with their successes and fails.

Real Estate – Failed (to be fair everyone in this area is getting killed)

Adult Entertainment Capital – Failed

That is a lot of failure so what makes anyone believe that a company with no office, no phone number (besides a private cell) and no email is capable of dong anything but taking your money and running. There has been no sign of anyone making any money off of any of Ault's ventures. I just don’t understand why some people choose to still believe anything from this guy, especially with the facts screaming for you to avoid this guy like the plague. A simple web search shows the below and this doesn’t even take into account the amount of debt he owes to several businesses (if he ever intends to pay them back).
