Following TASER's withdrawal of its opposition to the registration of the TM Dazer Laser, the application was returned to the Trademark Office.

Laser Energetics Inc had been granted a Notice of Allowance on 3 Nov 2009 for the TM Dazer Laser.

Current Status: Opposition period completed, a Notice of Allowance has been issued.

Date of Status: 2009-11-03
