As with the tradition of providing DD for those interested, I must share my findings. Upon calling FINRA and being bounced around, I have verified the RS has been properly filed and scheduled to be executed as per PR. The forms are in order, complete, and approved as implied in the PR. As stated, the RS is of a 1 for 100 magnitude.

At this point, I am uncertain what to tell you other than I am waiting for one more event before the RS. I am hoping this even will occur and I use "hope" since my assurances of no-RS were violated.

I am truly sorry.
