wEaReLeGiOn,

Your "ten years ... voice of experience" doesn't impress me. I've been trading pinks since the mid-90s, so longer than you. And in my experience, I've seen hundreds (thousands?) of 24/7 naysayers like yourself bash stocks for months on end, all without citing any tangible evidence to back their claims.

The post I'm replying to is a perfect example of this phenomena. You assert several items as confident facts:

1. There will be no audited financial statements.
--> Many other pink companies promise 10Qs and don't deliver. Asserting EESO will not because others have not is specious logic.

2. If [Q3 fins] were in progress, EESO would be makin' a big stink about them.
--> Or the silence is intentional, allowing the price to sag before another tour-de-force PR-driven run as was done last Feb. I have posted many times my belief that the FtWayne crew (Kistler/Carnes) have been driving these runs. And I wouldn't be surprised if Jared is complicit. Note that Jared has stated that long term holders will be fine. ie: Those that hold through the stock-profit-generating rollercoaster run cycles.

3. "No doubt" SEC is watching Jared.
--> And you know this how? Have you discussed the case with SEC researchers? Or is "no doubt" based purely on speculation? If you do know of a case, PM me the name and phone number of the SEC agent and I will follow up. If they verify SEC scrutiny, I will post here validating your claim. If not, seems you're sowing FUD, yes?

4. WowGreen is a big nobody.
--> At present, certainly. They don't launch until Sept 23rd. But their current marketing is slick and Zimmerman has now taken a personal/executive interest in the venture. Please answer these two questions:
-- Why would the head of the "14th largest advertising agency in the United States according to Adweek" waste his time taking on the role of president of WowGreen unless he felt there was money to be made?
-- Does it hurt to have an advertising mogul at the helm of WowGreen?

re: Making a killing here, I already profited nicely from the previous runs, and could retire if the one I believe is brewing gets us back to pennies.

And honestly, I feel I owe a fair bit of gratitude to you and your ilk for bashing this so low again, allowing myself and others to load up cheaply. We've been quietly hoping EESO would get pushed below 0020 before the anticipated run, and from yesterday's trading it seems we may get those teens.

As above and always, I fully acknowledge EESO could crash and burn from here. But I was also buying millions of shares last fall/winter in the 0004-0006 range when Lang was posting non-stop that the sky was falling and EESO would be bankrupt imminently. The simple truth is that I was betting mostly on the FtWayne manipulation crew, and that is the foundation of my gamble this time as well.

So how about this deal or no deal:

If one year from now, Sept 9, 2010, EESO is bankrupt or otherwise dissolved, I will post on the board of your choice that my gamble was wrong and you correctly predicted EESO's demise.

If within that year, EESO gets its third run, you will post you were wrong.

Moreover, if EESO does come through with Q3 audited financials, you will post here that your decade of experience trading pinks somehow didn't apply to EESO, dismayed as you will be by that possibility.

Deal or no deal?

99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
